Teknion’s Cut Sheet Tool offers the most advanced - and most user-friendly - way to generate cut sheets in CET.
It's a one-click solution to a task many designers dread. And we’re already working on its next evolution.
2024 brought us the Smart Symbol Update & Decommission Tool for Global, which earned second place.
It provided designers with a guided, step-by-step approach to replacing outdated or discontinued models, helping them maintain accuracy with less manual effort.
In 2023, we earned another first place with Style Studio, which introduced a new way to save, categorize, and reuse pre-configured models - streamlining workflows and making design more personalized and efficient.
Then, in 2022, we built what many called the most disruptive tool of the year: the Notebook Tool and PGC Model Search.
It enabled instant model search and real-time note-taking - all within the drawing, with built-in change tracking. That project won first place and redefined how designers work in CET.
In 2021, we took second place with HON’s Freeplace Functionality - a tool that gave designers more creative freedom by moving beyond rigid automation, unlocking new design possibilities with PGC symbols.
